Okoa does not believe that children belong in orphanages. Despite the desire for every child to have a home, however, children are frequently abandoned at the local police station or social welfare office. This results in Okoa being faced with the challenge to accommodate more and more children every year. The Amplified Campaign is a campaign to raise money to expand Okoa Refuge's orphanage compound.
